CD Order Form
Audio recordings of each general session, workshop, lunch presentation on Day 2, the UNICEF session on Day 1, will be available for purchase at the conference. You may download this form to pre-order. If you are not able to attend the conference, a full conference CD of all recordings and a CD of panelist materials and bios will be available for purchase following the conference. Please check back with us to order the after conference CD.

Please note that the maximum number of CEU credits that may be earned is 11.5, and not 13 as stated in the Conference Program.
